I can not recommend this mail service. The city name might get unique but the staff are not. Slow to post mail, mail forwarding gets mysteriously lost and just vanishes into thin air.

They forward my mail and mark it as they are the sender and when it gets lost... They get to file a claim and are rewarded with any amount of damages for their own pocket money. Nothing was for my loss and suffering from lost checks and other documents.

The owner boasts about being in business for 10+ when there are issues, he quickly says it not his fault. Well, it actually is and you are getting rewarded for lost mail. How convenient.

After only 2 months, I had to close the mailbox and it was always others fault.

Again, you get a mailbox there, you are pretty much at their mercy.

I've had a PMB with them for almost a year. They've been great! Very fast to scan incoming mail, and anytime I've needed something shipped directly to my home they've processed it same day. I haven't ever visited them in person, but working with them remotely has gone exceedingly well.

They foster scam businesses by providing mail services for unregistered "business entities", such as "The Unemployment Guide" in box #312, a scammer who sends out thousands of emails telling recipients that "Your PAYMENT Has ARRIVED!", when in fact that is a lie. 🤬
