Honestly, this job has changed my life for the better. I used to work hourly and slave myself away putting in more work than everybody else but getting paid the same just because they showed up. Now I work less than I used to but by working harder than everybody else, I get paid even more. You get out of this job whatever you put in each and every day and I strongly believe that. You don’t have to be skilled, you just have to have the work ethic and you can make it big.

Great opportunity, great staff, great pay, and everyone has an opportunity to grow. You get out what you put in, and you're paid what you're worth! And if you're having a hard time, you still have an hourly base as a safety net in addition to your commission (though they train you well and it's unlikely you'll make base after the first week or so) and as you grow, more opportunities arise, such as travel perks and conferences, and you're in an office where everyone wants you to succeed.
