I am very impressed with their customer service. I needed a camera and a lens that was out of stock at the larger stores that I normally purchase from. I checked at their website and noticed it was in stock and gave them cal to verify. They told me they were out of stock as well. Leroy took my name and number and called me back the next day and said that they had one left. That made my day! I’m used to bigger companies not calling me back and I expected the same here but I was wrong. I received a couple more emails from Leroy about my purchase along with tracking number and 2 days later I have my new camera and lens. I've known of Texas Media Systems for a while now, as a former employee for a Broadcast company, they'd always help us find what we needed for rentals for our signature events.

Now, as a small business, we have purchased some equipment and they're knowledgeable and make recommendations that help the customer. We'll continue to make our go-to Media store.

The absolute best of the best. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They’re knowledgeable and super friendly. I’ve had an issue with a Blackmagic Camera and when BMD wanted to charge me for repairs on something that was broken out of factory, TMS invited me in, took a look and replaced it free of charge.

Leroy is a legend, I’ve been giving my business to Texas Media Systems for years now and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Truly a great business.

Texas Media Systems is a fantastic place to go to. I was able to get all of my photography needs met here. The staff was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk about my purchase decisions. In fact, even in one instance they informed me that I did not need to make a purchase of a more expensive item in order to fulfill a perceived need I had. The drive up from Houston was definitely worth it and I am sure I will return as their are a few lenses I feel I need to have. The service was outstanding.

This is one of the best dealers of professional filmmaking equipment in the US. We have bought our last three cameras here and they are so easy to work with and navigate financing with. Terry is incredibly knowledgeable and we always work with Leroy who is phenomenal. It is also a true "Old Austin" business who have been helping filmmakers for decades. Very good place to give your business too, there are names and faces who see you through the whole process which is incredibly valuable when you are investing in professional gear.
