got a haircut and gloss, with everything plus tip it was around $130. i spent most of my appointment time (which was an hour for cut and gloss - i’m used to an hour just on haircuts, it felt really short) doing my gloss. my gloss looks fine, i’m happy with it, but my cut is a mess. it looked okay on the chair, (not great but not bad) i didn’t notice much of a difference in my hair after the cut, but after a week of trying to style it, it’s all over the place and very crooked. you can see my ends here are shorter then longer in the same area, my layers are the same. having to get another cut elsewhere to fix it. 😭

Great staff with a present owner! Seasoned stylists and comfortable environment perfect for taking your teenager or yourself. Ashlee dyed my 13 yo niece’s hair. She knew what she was doing and was fun to talk with! I’ll be going back to her for all my hair needs!

I’ve searched high and low for a blonde specialist to do my hair. Katherine beautifully lightened my hair without damaging it and I get compliments all the time. Last visit she stained my hair with a lavender color and it looks magical. Yet it’s a subtle color and just yesterday someone thought it was my natural color (it also looks like a blue silver platinum depending on the lighting). I trust no other salon with my hair. She’s flexible, understanding (I have a young baby and I’ve had to leave early to go tend to him and she gladly sent me home and told me to come back the next day and she finished my hair), and totally dedicated to achieving your hair goals (even if you’re on a budget, she works so well with you to make it happen).

I went and got my nails done by their nail girl Lucy! She was so sweet, detail oriented, and so SO talented. I showed her my vision and she executed it perfectly, she also made sure to ask me if I liked how she was doing them every step of the way (which is so nice because I’m terrified to interrupt nail artist to correct them) I definitely will be going back!!

I went in with a picture of what I wanted hair to look like. Rough cut perfect length. Then she just kept hacking away. I realized it was way too short but thought maybe it will be ok. By the time I got home I was near tears because it way too short and no way to fix it.

Edit: not sure how the salon would have accommodated. I wanted shoulder length curls when dry, and she gave me a microbob. My hair doesn’t even touch my shoulder when wet or flat ironed. And when flat ironed, you can see how choppy and uneven the cut is.
