I walked into Precision Camera SPM feeling unsure about which model would suit my needs. I told my girlfriend: if these guys are cool, I was walking out with a camera—and sure enough, I did!

Thankfully, Mark was there to break down all the specs in a way that made sense and helped me build an entire kit tailored perfectly to what I needed.

I expressed my goals, and the overall customer service was top-notch. Now, I’m walking away with this badass pack featuring my new Sony a7IV camera. It fits my drone, 360 cam, laptop, and all the essentials for content creation. I can’t wait to put it to the test while we’re out showcasing off-road gear for our clients.

As someone who loves creating content, I’m excited to see how this setup will elevate my work. Mark was not only kind and communicative but also incredibly knowledgeable.

After showing some of my old photographer friends my new gear and asking if I made the right decision, they confidently said I nailed it. My first couple of shots with the Sony a7IV have been absolutely amazing.

I’ve spent THOUSANDS of dollars here. Customer service is always hit and miss. I was in on a very slow Sunday to purchase a lens cap and not one employee offered to ring up my sale. I made eye contact with one employee who did say hello, and she was with a customer so I totally understand she could not help me but she could have at least asked another employee if they could help. The best salesperson is Robert, if he helps you, he can answer all your questions. He wasn’t there this Sunday. I ended up leaving and bought the cap for half the price on Amazon. I would highly recommend B&H over Precision. In my case, Amazon was the best choice. Bottom line, they are helpful if you are spending thousands, not helpful if you are purchasing a lens cap.

came into the store to print out small pictures for a Christmas present. once i arrived to the store the employee with beard at the desk from the start was rude and had bad customer service. told him what exactly i had in mind for my present and what measurements i needed the pictures to be. He kept insisting for me to buy the wallet size pictures claiming it will fit the present i had. i gave in and bought the size pictures he claimed will fit. waited a week for the pictures to come in and got called saying my order was ready. an hour later i showed up to the store with the Christmas present to place the picture in. once opening the envelope of the pictures i noticed and of course the size of the pictures were completely off. i immediately told the same employee from the week prior that they were the wrong size. all the employee did after telling him was “sorry” and did not even bother giving me a solution or attempt to correct the problem. now i have no present for Christmas. Do not recommend coming here. they have no idea what they are talking about and have no understanding of how measurements work.

By far the absolute worst online experience. They charged me for a camera, just for my order to be declined a few moments later and I was told there’s nothing they could do about that, all they said was try again to see if it would work and my funds would be returned in 7 business days. This cost me nearly $1,000 and 2 photoshoots. I would have been much better off going to a different place. Never shopping here again.

Went in with film camera equipment I received as a gift which I won't be able to use. My idea was to sell it 2 precision camera. I was immediately greeted by two employees, Charlotte and Josh, who were very helpful with this situation.
