This is a review for BDE Marketing INC Regina. On Tuesday, July 11th I applied for the job posted on Indeed, and they reached out the same day to accept an interview for the next day at 11:45 AM. LOCATION: Royal Bank Building, 2010 11th Ave, 7th Floor, Regina, SK S4P 0J3. I accepted. When I arrived the next day, there was another person waiting to be interviewed just like me, he then went inside and came out 8 minutes after, then it was my turn. "Richie" was the interviewer's name, he said it like 3 times, he was talking sooooo fast not even a native English speaker would understand the speed at which this incompetent person was saying, it was like a memorized introduction he had to repeat several times on every interview. This seemed like an express interview. He had terrible energy in the first place. Didn't have empathy and was talking as if he was in a rush and wanted to finish the interview. After his 5-minute script, he dare to ask me: tell me about yourself and then why and which option of the 5 he mentioned I would like to be part of. (In my mind, I was like:" Are you seriously? You haven't given a clear explanation of what you are offering, and then you dare to ask me to choose something from a fast-forward wordings script you gave?) This dude was rude, immature, and not interested in what he was saying, he lacked passion, he lacked everything in fact and this has been the most disgusting approach someone has given me at a job interview. Below is an addition of what I have to add regarding this experience with Richie at BDE Marketing Regina:

This employer contacts applicants to meet quotas, but not because they are interested in hiring someone. I was given an interview in which, a young guy, asks only 2 incongruous questions and makes a brief pitch to publicize the "available" vacancy, nonsensical, then lets it be known that if they do not call within 2 business days, your application is discarded, that's how the strange interview concludes in 8 minutes. This is a mockery since the boy who interviews is not professional, he has no courtesy, and he has no basis to say who enters and who does not. What a waste of time it was to have attended this indecent mockery. Please shut down this advertisement since it is not legit.
