These people were pleasant to deal with at first, but after our sign was installed they all but disappeared. Couldn’t get anyone to respond to emails when we had questions, and even now we have been trying to get answers as to how the lighting on the sign works (is it on a timer, a sensor, what) we get short unhelpful answers.

The sign looks great! The customer service leaves much to be desired.

They did a great job with my sign, they went out of their way to make sure the sign was exactly the way that I wanted it. They always answer my calls and always got back to me in the timely manner. I can be a bit picky, but they really understood that this is my business and I want everything perfect! I will be definitely using them for my next store opening in a couple of months!
