I guess it all depends on the franchise. But the fact that the franchise here does't seem to pull permits for signs that require electrical work is pretty sketchy even though they tell you "all electrical work is included in the estimate" Add in there appears to be no corporate number to call and complain as to why they're not.

Do NOT do business with FASTSIGNS. They were the first business I found that supposedly could print raised lettering on business cards. However, they are incompetent and will refuse to reply to emails requesting a refund. Nothing has been printed so there should not be any issues with processing a refund. I've even called and emailed their corporate office and can't get anyone to answer the phone or reply back to my emails. They will take your money and if you're not happy with the proofs then they will just start ignoring you and keep your money. Stay away from this company at all costs.

The absolute worst service you could receive from a company. I reached out in 07/2018 for my signage for my storefront. Agreed to the pricing right away in 08/2018 and did not receive any sort of signage until 01/2019. When I received the signage, it was incorrect and not to company standards. They did not correct the issues until 04/2019. 9 months later. I now, over a year later, am still having issues with them because apparently they would like to bill for MORE money than we agreed to because they cannot seem to keep anything organized. This has been an absolute WASTE of a business owner's time. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, and would definitely recommend choosing another company if you are looking for signage.

I called the corporate office about a difficulty with one of their franchise owners and they called me right back which is terrific. Every FastSigns franchise is independently owned and operated, so the corporate office can't just call up an owner and issue orders to him or her. Nevertheless, they were responsive despite it being late Friday afternoon. Kudos to them for that.

All Fastsigns franchises are independently owned and operated. Our local one in Augusta, GA is great. The people who gave bad reviews on here should review the location they actually used instead of bashing all of the locations through corporate.

Great on the planning and install. Horrible on fixing any issues that occur after sign is installed. I tried getting the cooperate office involved and they said there is nothing they can do. Wow! If you enjoy good customer service.... save yourself the headache and use someone else.

Delays, seems very overpriced (compared against 6 other quotes w/ same scope), poor project management, fastsigns subcontracted my install (dirty sign on top of bldg could have simply been wiped by installers), they color matched about 70% of the sign brackets/raceway and wanted to charge extra to paint the rest

Incredible group of people that are truly committed to helping businesses of all sizes visually communicate their business. Franchises are such a huge part of the US economy and FASTSIGNS is a true leader in the franchise space.
