I ordered a hat on Feb 27 and was charged immediately and by March 12 I still had not received any shipping info and they did not reply to 4 different attempts I made to communicate with them regarding my order. So I finally had to open a case with PayPal and they refunded me a few days ago. Don’t purchase anything from this company.

This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered from Joe’s Hats. I ordered hats on 1/2/25 and was immediately charged, received an email that my order had been shipped on 1/3/25. It is now 1/18/25 and still no hats!

Great customer service, caps & sunglasses. My wife Amy and me had a good time visiting with Joe & reminiscing with his wife Cindy. Joe is working hard on/in their online orders as received. If you haven’t checked this place out, you are missing out! Great quality hats from flat bills to curved and anything in between. I ordered some caps for my son online and received them within 3-5 days. I just had to place a custom order for myself as well.

Ordered two hats almost two weeks ago. Contacted email provided in contact information and like most never received response. Started to question if im ever going to receive my hats, which is what brought me here. I get it's a small business but I see post everyday on Facebook so an email with a tracking number would be great.
