Laura did an OUTSTANDING job marketing our property from start to finish. She was very professional against all the many challenges, always kept us informed, was present at all the showings, negotiated a great price, and followed through to the funding making sure every aspect of our transaction was handled properly, and in our best interest. Not only did she represent us extremely well in selling our property, she was instrumental in helping us locate a home in our new location. She worked closely with the builders representative and the construction manager making certain the home met the building standards, and our needs. She also negotiated an amazing price on the new property, which included upgrades. We were very pleased with her and her staff throughout both transactions, and would highly recommend her to others.
