We added Alert Media one year ago with a full explanation that we wanted to try it for a year to see if it was going to benefit. We did not want to renew as the end of one year to be told that our contract was for 3 years and we could not drop the service. After attempting to renegotiate the present contract to reduce services and lower the cost, Alert Media was absolutely unwilling to budge.

Great product, great people. Service-oriented sales team, results driven organization. Hard to find an employer that promotes life-work balance over work-life balance. I get to work here everyday - it’s a privilege. Not only because of the company itself, but the office in Austin is pretty nice too 😉

Employer added this service a couple months ago to inform employees about possible emergency situations near them. I opted out of receiving these texts, yet I still get them.

Their agreement terms are horrific. Just writing a review is a violation of the terms. Forced by employer into it to invade privacy and receive weather alerts.
