Don’t buy anything from this company. They’ll charge you over $50 saying that your delivery is guaranteed (as you can see on the attached image) and after they charge you they’ll change the “guaranteed” by “estimated”. Then they create a label for UPS but they don’t hand the order to them. They are basically a scam.
I’ve reported them to FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection.

This company is actually Imprint and 24hourwristbands.

I spend about 30 hours making up a design for a coffee mug for my friend's business. I submitted the design and got "proofs". It took three iterations of proofs to get it to look like the way I designed it because it was being altered by their production department.

I ordered a single mug as a sample before I submitted my full order. What I got was an altered design. And, this company only wants to flip me a couple of bucks instead of working with me to make it right. This is a bad business practice and poor customer service.

I was not offered a redo, I was only quoted the company line that states, "A proof enables you to preview and approve a product, but it will not depict the final product exactly, as it is merely a computer-generated image. A proof is an approximate preview and does not guarantee an exact match."

I printed out my design and wrapped it around the mug that I was sent. See the pictures. You can see what was printed on the mug under the paper in the first two pictures. In the other pictures, I've folded the paper to show that the graphics were altered.

Whomever owns and runs the company has no concept of good customer service. A "too bad so sad" attitude towards customers is just shameful. Making things right helps retain customers. This attitude drives them away.

Very misleading on production/delivery times. I called in to place my order for an upcoming tradeshow. The person who took my call stated I would receive the order on 2/21. A few days before this estimated delivery date I called to get an update as I hadn't received tracking or any updates. I was told it was only one day behind schedule and would arrive on 2/22. Fast forward to the delivery date and I still had not received any updates so I called again. This time I learned that the order wasn't even through production yet and would be "a few weeks" out before delivery.
Had they been honest with me on the initial order or follow-up about the order I would have had time to go elsewhere. Now I'm going to a conference empty handed, time and money wasted, and I'll get 1000+ pieces of promo items to store.

In fairness, the product is decent. Otherwise, what a terrible organization. Delivery dates are a joke. If you need anything on time, expect a 5-10 business day delay. Ordered $600 worth of products for an event, estimated to be delivered 5 days before the event (why pay more for faster shipping when they are already going to be on time, right?). I notice a week before said date that they haven't shipped yet, so I contact support. I'm told the order is in "quality control" and to be patient while they ship it out, but they will notify that department of the deadline. Another day goes by, not shipped. I reach out again and am assured that they have notified that department that the order needs to be delivered by a specific date. I even offered to pay for overnight shipping. This back and forth continues for 4 days, each time I am assured that "the respective department has been notified of the deadline". Then I get a tracking number in my email late one night. I check it immediately, it shipped out 8 hours prior to the email, no expedited shipping, and will be delivered AFTER my event. I immediately contact support and am told that since it has already shipped, they can not expedite the shipping.
So the prior 4 days of communication they were unable to expedite it because it wasn't ready to ship, but now it can't be expedited because it has already shipped. Got it. Thanks.

I ordered 2 products on July 23, vinyl bags and wristbands. The bags were received but I am still waiting the wristbands. They said I would have them by August 9th it is now the 14th and they cannot confirm when they will be done and said if I wanted to expedite the delivery I would have to pay $97 dollars in expedited shipping for 300 wristbands. This is ridiculous and the customer service people are rude. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS SITE 24HRWRISTBANDS IS THE WORST!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND SEEK ANOTHER BUSINESS TO GIVE YOUR MONEY TO.

I have become very frustrated. I had difficulty from the start but was being optimistic it would all work out, I was over charged and not given the discounts promised on the website. They did mostly resolve those. However, it went down hill from there. I placed a $1700 order for my Medical Alert Band business. 1/3 of the order was imprinted incorrectly, I have requested a reprint or refund and have been refused, offered 10% refund on the incorrect portion. I have made many phone calls (each time have to wait on hold for 20 minutes) to find out the manager is not in or out to lunch. I have left messages and they will not return my call. I have filed/responded to a "customer service tickets" with them daily and am getting comments like "we did not miss-print , we do not guarantee orders will be printed the same"... I wish I had listened to my husband who ordered from the years ago and said "Don't Do It!" Follow our advise do not order from 24 hr wristbands or Imprint. The company Net Brands Media Corp is the "mother" company and has several business names under it.

Bracelets for my husbands funeral and they haven't arrived. Customer service is horrible and they will not give me a refund or the product. The representative yelled at me on the phone. Working with my credit card company to try to get some resolve.

Bad experience. I lost all of my money because I didn't get my shipment in time for my event. I ordered 15 days prior to my event and requested 1 day shipping (paid extra for that). My shipment did not come in time. When I called 13 days after I placed my order with no bracelets, they said it was because they had to do custom printing in China. All I did was request "1975 FHS" on the bracelets, I didn't think that required anything special. Maybe when asking for ANY verbiage on the bracelets they should have told me "This requires custom printing which NEEDS TO BE DONE IN CHINA, ADD 10 ADDITIONAL DAYS TO YOUR ORDER". Basically, they will not cancel my order, I will lose my $$, and I will receive hundreds of bracelets after my event which I can basically throw in the trash.
Then the person answering the phone had the nerve to tell me I wasn't being very nice because I was upset and to have a nice weekend.....

Do not order from this company....THEY are not very nice!!
