My best friend was employed here and got shorted on almost every single check. But she didn’t notice until she quit, and now there is no way for her to get the money owed to her. She also took what she was being told to pitch at face value (as any customer would) and started a line for her on my account. What she was told to tell customers was that they would only pay about $80 more a month for this extra line. When I got my first phone bill with her line added to it, her line cost almost $200. She learned she was being told lies about the cost of the lines and got upset that she learned she was basically lying to customers without knowing it. Her manager is very unprofessional in helping solve issues or hearing concerns from her employees.
