Melanie was great! She accurately calculated the value of our house so we could set a realistic selling price. Melanie and her husband, the broker, did a drone video of the property to make it show better, because it was 23 acres it was hard to visualize via pictures. But, most importantly, Melanie had our back when the buyer’s attorney made unreasonable demands and we did not think we were going to close. Melanie’s knowledge and understanding of the real estate market in Fort Davis and relationships with the title companies, surveyors and inspectors in the area helped resolve the buyer’s attorney’s concerns so we could close on the property. Melanie was very patient with us throughout the whole process. We’re we’re looking in the Davis Mountains for a small piece of paradise as a 2nd home. We had a lot of questions and she was very familiar with the area. We found a piece of land with a newly dug septic and power but it was too small. However Melanie insisted that we keep our options open and to look at another property below the original one we were looking at. When we saw the place we knew that this was a right fit.
