Angel was amazing to work with. We used Factory Creatives for a logo design with a very detailed picture we wanted to replicate. They nailed the animation of the picture, and were able to do all the little tweaks with ease. All in all great company and service, would recommend to anyone looking for design services.

I had high hopes for working with this company on a website for my flight school training business. Their reputation for building fantastic websites is well-known—several friends spoke highly of their work. However, after repeatedly trying to get in touch through contact forms and phone calls over the past two years, I haven’t been able to connect with them. It’s clear they’re talented at what they do, but unfortunately, their communication and availability leave a lot to be desired. If you’re seeking a responsive website designer, you might want to explore other options. It’s a shame, because their work is impressive, but it seems they’re not currently open to taking on new clients.

I Totally understand that the owner may think this is a misunderstanding. So i got curious and tried contacting again and during business hours on multiple occasions i called and left messages without a call or text back. I thought that maybe i would give them a second chance since maybe i was misunderstood. So, I would ask whoever is reading this, don’t take my word, give it a shot yourself. Give them a phone call and notice how they don’t answer the phone, leave a message and notice how they don’t return your call. It’s not to be rude to the company or anything, but they say they are responsive, but frankly, they aren’t. I would love to do business, and they respond in this review, as if they do too, but their actions state otherwise.

Brian, Angel, and Erika exceeded all our expectations while building our new website. Initially, we thought we were just revamping our existing site, but as the project progressed, it became clear that starting from scratch and giving it 110% was the best approach.
