My mother is elderly and disabled and she's been waiting a week for her phone to be repaired. She doesn't have a cell phone, so this would be catastrophic if there were an emergency. When she calls support, she gets a call center in India. When they sent a tech, he called the non-working phone number and when she didn't answer, canceled the service call.

Service is really fast WHEN IT WORKS....
Reliability is in the pits.....can't speak to a real person....focus is
not on the customer, Frontier is focused inward upon itself.....customers are tolerated, not served....
