Jim Suchy gave very little effort to sell our lakehouse. He stopped communicating with us after we signed the contract. He never showed the house and called only once after 3mos to tell us it was time to lower the price. I had more interest from neighbors and people they sent our way. We showed house several times and had interested buyers with no help from him. He just acted like he couldn't be bothered.

The realtor Laura Ross would only respond to phone calls via text. It was very difficult to learn about the property she had listed. I had to retain a buyer's agent and that agent had the same problem.
