I work for a nonprofit and my President and CEO already left a review for Hudson Bus Sales, but after working with them, I felt compelled to write one as well. We purchased a brand new bus from them for an after-school program we run in an underprivileged community, and let me say, our experience with them was nothing short of exceptional at every level. These are good people.

First there was the sale portion, which was handled by my organization’s President on our end, and by Sales Representative Gus D’Andrea on Hudson’s end. They were quick and communicative regarding our needs, and understanding in working with us as a nonprofit. Within virtually no time they had a deal and vehicle setup for us. The vehicle was produced at their location near Dallas, Texas, and Gus is based at their location in Orlando, Florida. So what did Gus do? He flew to Texas and personally drove the bus from there to Belle Glade, Florida in order to deliver it to us, and then made the trip back to Orlando!

Next was the title and registration, which was handled by Title Clerk Sandy McMains. She made sure we had a four-week temporary plate while they were getting the title ready for us. It was only a little over a week after the temporary tag expired that we received the title for the bus, and not only did we receive the title, but they had handled the registration for us as well, new plate and all!

Finally, there was the team responsible for the graphics wrapping we got done for our new bus (yes, they do graphics as well, with mobile installation!) which was headed by Graphics Manager Michelle Rhine. They were quick, diligent, and attentive, with a perfect give-and-take between working with our designs and branding while using their proficiency in this area to apply those designs effectively. Once the design was finalized, it didn’t take them long at all to have the materials completed and shipped out to our desired location. From there, it was just a matter of coordinating a time with them for installation. Their mobile installers came out from Orlando to Belle Glade and got the job done in under 3 hours. As for the finished product, well, take a look for yourself in the included photos!

And all of this was done at considerably reasonable prices!

Lastly, every member of their team we interacted with was so polite at every point. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and want them to receive the very best at every turn.

Recently purchased a 14 passenger Class C mini bus on a Chevrolet Express platform. I purchased this bus for my growing family. Kids are getting married and bringing us grandchildren so needed a safe alternative to passenger vehicles. Worked with Matt Lee through the whole process. The bus was great and will meet all of our needs as a family. Hudson Bus provides bus purchase options for non-business purposes with good quality retired buses. Price was fair and they made the buying process so smooth, nothing like a car buying experience. I am extremely grateful and a happy customer for life!

EDIT AS OF 4/9/25: My buying experience with Hudson Bus Sales initially went very well. We had a good experience with the vehicle we purchased for the first few weeks. As time went on, however, we encountered numerous issues with the bus's mechanisms, and new problems with the vehicle seemed to arise on a weekly basis. We have reached out to our salesman Mike and his manager Keith in an effort to rectify the mechanical issues we have had to fix, but they refuse to do anything to reach any sort of middle ground. We are now forced to take legal action on this front, and we are very disappointed in how this experience has devolved since we purchased the vehicle.

My experience working with Donnie and his team at Hudson Bus Sales was absolutely, positively, amazing!! The guest service, the buying process, delivery of our brand new Mercedes Benz Van, having the company apply our logo to the van, the person delivering the van, everything was perfect. I love this place I spent the last few months on a project that means the world to me. As everybody had their part from destruction of a school bus, to transforming old yeller into a beautiful work of art to ELiE my projects name short for elephant, they took care of her. I want to thank each person that I talked to and the ones behind the scenes. Starting with Keith the head of the project met all my expectations and even more by surprising us with a little extra. Ted is a sweet guy making sure all the work and people are in place to get the work finished. Greg for doing an amazing configuration of the electrical work and took on a few stitches from ELiE but came back strong and finished the job beyond my expectations. The girls up front for always being kind and sweet like Suzanne, The paint crew who did an amazing job on ELiE. The woodwork and flooring to shelves were done by the Lewisville HBS, I’m sorry I can’t remember the woodworkers name but excellent work and the help from both Eric’s in the office. Now for the Graphics crew I can not say enough to really express how much Michelle and Kimberly means to me during this project and they went WAY over my expectations dreams and love they have poured into my project. They went over and beyond their duties. Even when I thought things were going rough for me they pulled through and went beyond business to showing the integrity of who they are. Hudson Bus Sales is not just a business they really care about you and what your passion and dream is. Thank you Hudson Bus my husband and I are forever great full !
