I absolutely love these folks! They have better customer service than Disneyland which means a lot to me these days! I worked customer service jobs in the early 90’s and was a police officer for two decades, I seriously appreciate how I’m treated when I call in. The techs that have come out have been amazing! I cannot say enough nice things about them!

The Alenco company has done a fantastic job of keeping our fast internet both affordable and dependable! The service rarely has issues, per chance if there are issues, they are quick to attend to them. I feel so blessed to have such wonderful provision as well as service. Even if we are rural, we have service as great as any big town.

We've been far ahead with great internet service with Alenco/Pathway Communications when other people in the big cities couldn't even get internet service. The techs do a great job keeping the internet up and running great all the time and a customer can get just about any speed they want and can afford. We are very fortunate to have Alenco. Customer Service has always been great.

We have been part of the Alenco family for several years. We had tried other companies in the past that fell short on their promise of great service. With two students in the house their internet service is top notch and able to handle the constant streaming of assignments. Their phone service is great as well especially since we live out in the country where cell service is not always reliable. When I moved from the Austin area to here, I was fully expecting to go without the internet or be very limited on the internet I use. Much to my surprise the internet is the best internet I have ever had. I rarely have any issues at all. My download speeds and upload speeds are really good. I have now had the service for over a year and I highly recommend the service to anyone that is in the service area and the prices are very reasonable.

We’ve been with them for years now with the ranch we work for but we also have our own service in a home we own in town. I couldn’t be more happy with this provider. As a self-employed blogger that NEEDS phone & internet for income, I have to have service that is reliable. If I ever have an issue, The BEST technician ever is Daniel! The previous guy had retired (he was awesome too) and I was worried about who the next guy would be. He’s the best! Great company with reliable service! I definitely recommend them!
