We are using this conference center for a court ordered deposition. They have been very helpful in making the arrangements for us. We had some last minute changes and they were very helpful and responsive to our needs. They were able to get us a large conference room in a short time frame. I would recommend them and we would be happy to use them again, if the need should arise.

Very clean, new facility, with great WiFi and free coffee. Different size workspaces to fit any need. And their data/IT/software center on the other side of the building is probably the most advanced in all of East Texas. Definitely a great addition to the Nacogdoches community!

The Covid 19 pandemic has made the world as we know it a different place. One of those things that I never thought would change is the way credentialing exams are given. I have taken so many credentialing exams at a Pearson Vue testing center in my lifetime. Now, there is software that can allow you to take the same exam in the comfort of your own home with a proctor monitoring you through your webcam. I live in the country where internet is subpar at best on a good day. I needed a place to take my exam that was quiet, private and comfortable. I am so glad I found NACSPACE. Madison was able to quickly provide me with a very clean and comfortable office for the day I needed to take my 3 plus hour exam. The beauty of this service is that I was able to have room to spread out on a desk, no distractions because windows had blinds I was able to close, the temperature could be adjusted by ME in that room in real time, and I was able to dim the lights by remote control so that my eyes weren't straining while looking at the computer screen. This experience was for sure a game changer when it came time to test and the anxiety was nil. When I was logging on to take my exam, I encountered, what I thought, was technical difficulties on my end. Madison quickly produced an IT person who came and sat at my laptop and talked with the proctor trying to troubleshoot issues which were on the testing end. I for sure would not have had this help at home or at the library!
If this place would have been around when I was in college, this is where I would have been studying, meeting with groups and now testing.
If you need to take an exam at 'home' instead of a testing center.... THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO DO IT!
