I love my hair!!!! Holly did a phenomenal job!!! My stylist was so nice and very attentive while I was in her chair. She and I talked the whole time and she even gave me a free beverage too!! I’m also visually impaired and she guided me to her chair, wash station, and she even guided me back to my car!!!! 🖤 Holly was so detailed with the shade of blonde for my red hair and skin tone; she wanted to make sure I felt as beautiful as possible!!! I love her!!!!🖤 Holly went above and beyond!!!!🖤

I went to her recently for highlights. She was not paying attention to what she was doing, and ended up having to foil my hair twice because she did not let the first process sit long enough. I tried to be patient and understanding, even though I knew this was not going to turn out well. I went home and washed my hair the next day to find blotches and discoloration all over my head. I sent her a photo of the the mistakes she made. I did not feel good about her doing a color correction, so I went to another salon for a correction. I sent Holly more photos of the botched highlight job she did on my hair, and advised her I had to have a 4 hour color correction, which obviously I had to pay for. I kindly asked for a refund for her services. How does this business professional handle this request? By blocking my phone number and my profile on her social media pages. She never responded to my requests for a refund. I will never go back to this place. She can keep the 230 dollars I waisted, something tells me she will REALLY need it in her near future.

The best place in town. Recommend this place for everyone. Holly is amazing! she knows what she is doing, not to mention that they make you feel so comfortable. Holly helped me go platinum blond from box dye and gosh loved loved loved my results, kept going for my touch ups and my hair is still healthy and flawless. After almost a year, I decided to go back to black and well …Holly came through again, my results 1000% amazing. Going back in a few weeks for a blazilian blow out! Cant wait.
