By far the worst advertising company I’ve ever used. I had mailers go out to routes that I didn’t approve of, I got charged for art fees when they used the art that I created and sent to them because the proof of what their ‘designers’ sent looked like a 3rd grader did it. I was verbally assaulted by their sales rep Marcie Gladwell, who as I understand it still works for this company. My account was neglected the entire process as I had to jump through hoop after hoop to get very simple answers for questions that I had. No one seemed to know what was going on. After such horrible customer service and being verbally assaulted, their resolution was a $200 credit which is INSANE to me as I was spending several thousand dollars with them. Please save your money and advertise elsewhere

I have been trying to get removed from the mailing list forever. This time the link took me to a page that said it was down. I have made the request once per month for about five months. I was told it would be stopped. I was then told to contact USPS. I have contacted USPS, and they told me they are unable to do anything and that the sender would have to. Yet nothing changes and I keep getting ads.

Update, continuing to request to be removed from mailing list, still getting spam mail, trash courtesy for the would-br customers whose time you waste, trash courtesy for the environment with endless paper going straight to the trash

This company is a joke. In 2017 I signed up for three advertising spots and was told they were secured. The representative that normally assists me with my advertising was laid off (which isn’t a huge deal) I then get a call from a different respresentive (not going to leave names because he was polite) saying that my dates were NOT secured and the price went up.
I’ve emailed him 6 times and called and left 4 voicemail on his phone, NO response. He also asked me for my previous contract I had with the laid off representative. Wouldn’t your company have that on file?!? Talk about unorganized.

I would highly not recommend using their ad services. My parent's used their ad services for their restaurant and received very minimum effect. When they checked their mailbox for their ad, they weren't able to locate it. They also received only 2 coupons from customers when they paid for 18000sheets of ad in a week. Abysmal result, horrible customer service, beware!

Excellent Service, very accommodating and great under pressure with tight timelines etc.

Special recognition needs to go to Jessica Cutcher... she is by far the BEST at what she does there, I'm a long time customer and have worked with many people there in her position.. they've all been good but Jessica is truly on another level, I just hope she is as valued by Mspark as she is by the customers she deals with cause she truly deserves to be!

I’ve tried unsubscribing from them for months (more than the regular 3 months they tell you to wait) and they won’t stop. At this point they’ve started ignoring my emails. This bs should be illegal.
