I use these folks last year for Christmas cards and I was charged $96.00 for 80 cards. This year I sent my file in for an estimate and after calling them twice and waiting 6 days I finally got an estimate of $157 for 60 cards. They also want a 5 to 7 business day turnaround which they have dramatically impacted since nobody could get back to me with a quote. They were unwilling to discuss any price changes or explain a 70% increase between the two years. I am not a happy camper and I will not be using them again. Postscript, as I started looking around for my options, I found a quote for 1/4 of what AlphaGraphics was going to charge. The place was offering a Christmas promotion and their original price was better even without the promotion. And I will get it within 24 hours. Shop around!

So much for supporting local. Had them print an owners manual (for double the price I could have done it online). Told them no rush, I'd be in the area a week later. Arrived when agreed, a week later, and was told it's not ready. They had no problem calling me for payment, but couldn't give a me courtesy call telling me it wouldn't be ready. I drove 25 miles twice to pick it up. Never again.

Why wait in line at the US Post Office? I have used the postal service at AlphaGraphics for many years, and there is almost never a wait. They sell a variety of cards, notepads, and mailing supplies. I find the staff here pleasant and professional. I recommend them to my friends.
