All I can say is that Makhielyia Anderson is the true definition of loving what she does! She has gone above and beyond by personally calling me to check on my Internet connection, which speaks volumes about her dedication. When I say she’s consistent, that’s truly an understatement.

I love how passionate she is about her job! It’s clear she genuinely enjoys what she does and deeply cares about her customers. As far as Pine Bluff Cable goes, The service itself has been very frustrating, and is absolutely lacking, but having someone like Ms. Anderson on their team makes all the difference. Her exceptional customer service is the only reason I would consider staying with the company.

What truly amazed me is how she noticed my Internet connection was down (again) and reached out to me, without me even asking is incredible. That level of attention and care is rare! She’s the epitome of what a great customer service representative should be, and I truly hope she continues being the amazing professional she is.

If you can find another internet provider I would definitely recommend. I have had internet outage for 60 days. last month it was out 540 + times. They sent a technician out and he said the signal was low that it was on their side. Yesterday, they sent another technician out and he said was most definitely their side, he was going to get with his supervisor and they would get it fixed. Today, my internet has been off and on all night and today. I work from home and I cant do my job, because this company is incompetent to get their side fixed!!! When AT&T is available in my area, I will definitely be changing. This is ridiculous!!
