I am so incredibly grateful that I found the Valley Sierra SBDC!

I had recently graduated with my MBA and had huge plans to purchase the property our company was leasing and make it into a eco resort near Yosemite. The down side, we had limited capital and very little finance experience. We leaned into the SBDC knowing they would be able to help us navigate the complicated process. After a few classes and presentations we were paired with consultant Nate Henderson to bring our dreams into reality.

Commercial real estate is not a quick process, and Nate stayed with us throughout the entire process, no matter how naive our questions or crazy our ideas. He never made us feel small or stupid and helped us navigate some really major setbacks. We could not have asked for a better consultant | emotional support advisor | cheerleader | communicator. You name he played the role for us throughout the process.

Today we own the property and are watching the solar installation with pure amazement. The kind of amazement you can only feel when you witness a miracle or realize a dream.
