STAY AWAY! Read Yelp Reviews first! They steal from the customers. They never finished my job and never returned my money. Dad promised a week turnaround it’s been 4 months now. He doesn’t returned our calls. He didn’t give a final payment receipt to us and disappeared. He pocketed $300 extra. The entire family are crooks. Mom, Dad and sons.

If there was an option to rate this business below cero stars I would deffently do it, this guy takes the job without a problem at first oh and he's so good at demanding the full amount paid on front, almost two weeks after paying him the full amount for a job he was supposed to do in 3 days max, now he's no where to be found, doesn't return the phone calls or texts. One time he hung up the phone on me, he's has the worse customer service, very rude and dissrespecfull.
Wife and sons pretty much dont help at all, I can't believe how this business still running!
DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN TO DO YOUR SIGNS!
I am having a horrible experience with this unprofessional man, and I don't wish anyone else to go thru this situation...

After a year of purchasing “my logo” so I thought! I was ordering shirts, website needed our logo as well. I sent the logo over to the website designer! It turns out all along I thought we had a logo! It wasn’t a “logo” it was a picture. That could not be used to go on our website. Also, that picture was copyright! I could not use this picture or I would get fined!

Now, I’m finally filing a lawsuit! I had to spend money to order a real logo! The logo must be provided in different versions to fulfill its job. Wether it’s for a website, banners, business cards, shirts, etc. Also, a logo has to be original not taken or copied from someone else! I ended up paying so much more money all because I wasn’t educated on this matter.

It's a family business.... Claudia is a sweetheart very professional, attentive & her son Edgar is also very patient, he was very patient when working with me with my logo.

Now the problem here is Claudia's husband! He installs the signs & I could not express enough how bad this man (lacks professionalism, talks down on people but especially women) he was beyond disrespectiful to me. He basically told me "I have no common sense, my place of business is a guetto, dangerous place to come install my sign in the late afternoon" Apparently my place of business was not too guetto for him when he took the job! It's unethical to label a community in such manner...

Please don't ever pay in full for any of these jobs. This man is NOT a business man believe me go elsewhere. His wife & son are great but this man basically controls what will happen with your order.
