I have been a client of White Oak for over three years now. I appreciate Sarah and her team more than anyone could imagine. You will not find a more caring or accessible PR firm. We are not the biggest client of hers, by far, but anytime I have ever needed anything, from major media disaster to simple Instagram question, White Oak has always been there and treated us like we were the most important company on their roster. If you are looking for a communications firm to grow or launch your company your first call should be White Oak.

The owner of White Oak Communications is a self righteous woman who is extremely rude, dishonest and passive aggressive. She seems to have no clue how to run a company and tends to "let things fall through the cracks" as she has quoted to me. After not receiving what I had requested for several times I was told that I was a bit "crabby" and to "take care hun". SO unprofessional. I would not recommend this PR company to anyone!
