I can’t get anyone on the line and they constantly bill me twice every month. No customer service. Zero communication through email. Do not recommend.

I wish I could remember the gentleman name who I spoke with. He was telling me about 5 star processing, then we went into our families. His wife, my husband. The whole experience was wonderful. He was so personable. I enjoyed him. Thank you 5 star.

Unhappy with their services. 5 Star Processing is Not for every company! If you don't intend your business to make $10,000 or more monthly dont even bother applying with their funding partners. Most dont even call you back to discuss other options of funding, your application is like a, ghost, unseen! Even after cancelling my account and understanding that their services are not being fit for my company they are not willing to refund at least the last month or few months of payments. I've payed for 2 years the Net30 membership and I was informed that every month as I payed the membership it would help build my business credit as it would be reported to business credit bureaus. Nahh, they did not reprort anyting! This is why I want my money back! Apparently, you have to get funding first in order to start reporting! ...just learned this recently. But my business was turned down by all their funding partners so, I would never benefit from this Net30 program anyway. Not clear, not honest from the very beginning.

They have little to no customers service to handle issues here. I’ve been reaching out for about 2 weeks now because I can not get into my account. I have tried, call, text, email. And haven’t been able to get anyone. If no one contacts me back, I am going to have to cancel.

Let me just say this company is amazing! They are professional and timely. The website is easy to navigate and effortless to get to what you want and need. Horace Augustine assisted me from the beginning until the very end. Professional and helpful he answered all of my questions and helped me setup my account the proper way. No thanks! I closed my account with them over 6 months ago & was bounced around for a month to actually close the account. Was told I had to wait 6months to have the money in reserves returned. Now I have to provide 3 months worth of bank statements for the money back. It makes no sense & I will not recommend this company to any of my friends in the industry.
