I did a $7 survey and never got paid. When I reached out to support they lied and said I was rejected for lying about which phone model I was using. They are trying to say I use an iPhone 13. I’ve never even owned a iPhone 13. Anywho the matter will be brought to court now. No one takes advantage of me for ANY amount of money.

Very sketchy Suvery's on the Go app - you spend good 30 minutes on a survey and they refuse to credit your account for the "payout" no matter how many times you speak with Olha on the consumer care team - you get a system generated response with ZERO resolution.

please be cafeful with surverys on the go. i have done a survery for 7 days, waiting for the 8th day to come in and never showed up and now they are telling me i cant get paid because i didnt complete in full. thinking a scam?
