Shame on Birmingham News! I've repeatedly fell for the subscription scam with your paper. When I tell you I've NEVER received a paper, you try to "workout" delivery issues to no avail. You have no problems to continue to charge my account and today I've had it! Today, I spoke to a nice young man named Blessing who stated that he will stop the recurring charges. Since we've been down this road before, I want to warn others DON'T get a subscription or fall for this scam! I will contact the local consumer reporters on all of the news stations if you continue to charge me. I am sure we aren't the only ones being scammed; look at past posts.

BEWARE of SCAM! Please use another company unless you enjoy losing large amounts of money with nothing in return.

These people will do and say whatever it takes to get you in a contract, and they never deliver, they promise you the moon and nobody has a clue what's going on in this pathetic organization.

The diligent work the Alabama Media Group in Birmingham, helps us to keep up with people have deceased and allow us to keep in touch with the families of the deceased people and allow us to be able to share condolences.

AVOID! Potential Advertisers Beware! Certain sales personnel are dishonest and attempt to lock you into contracts with terms you did not agree to. Beware horrendous charges and a general lack of integrity with this company. I don't want anyone else to fall victim to the same scams they roped us into.

Calling the number does no good. No one answers and the extensions do not work. I am so f** tired of these people throwing litter in my driveway. The next time I see the guy throwing newspapers I'm going to throw it right back at him. I didn't sign up for it I don't want it stop littering in my front yard
