Thelma is a very nice person at the front.
I have brought our restaurant menu displays for normal changes/updates for the past 8 years, and I have always been happy. The price and leadtime are better than other Fastsigns, and the quality prints are excellent.
Thelma always delivers on time. This time, she was 1 day quicker!

11/26/24: I returned to Thelma again, and she came through as usual. She once again, she provided earlier, so I had time for menu installation.

"If I could rate Fastsigns in Fremont, California, with zero stars, I would jump at the chance. My decision to use their services was based on glowing reviews, but my experience was a complete disaster. Dealing with their staff was an exercise in frustration and sheer incompetence.

I contacted Fastsigns to have my quote revised, as per their instructions. I called and was instructed to email pictures of my building along with my requirements. However, after a week of hearing nothing, I decided to follow up. The same unhelpful individual assured me that everything was sorted and promised to email the revised quote. Surprise, surprise, no email materialized by the end of the day.

The following day, when I called to inquire once again, I was met with the excuse that they hadn't received any email from me. Suddenly, the blame shifted to me supposedly not sending the images in the correct format. It's laughable how conveniently this excuse emerged after the fact.

When I requested to speak to a manager, hoping for some semblance of accountability, I was met with even more disappointment. The manager's response was not only unhelpful but also condescending, citing some obscure, microscopic text buried in the original quote about image format requirements. It's as if they go out of their way to make the customer experience as miserable as possible.

In short, my experience with Fastsigns in Fremont was an absolute nightmare. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service skills displayed by their staff is unparalleled. I wouldn't wish this level of incompetence on my worst enemy. Stay far away from Fastsigns Fremont California unless you enjoy frustration and disappointment."
