Never use this company for SEO. They don't have any knowledge of SEO. They never keep their promises and you would never get what you paid for. The first time that we used them we found out that they do not know anything about SEO. Then after we complained their boss, Mike, changed the account manager and promised us that they will do their best to reciprocate! But nothing happened in the second month and he even didn't respond to any of our emails!

Never noticed much improvement. They were to work with our website group to redo keywords, etc. Despite asking several times over months, never did. Asked for monthly reports - sent once. Never sent again despite requests. Asked for a list of what they were doing for us - never sent. Mad I left it go so long. Called in July to cancel - did not happen. Perhaps I misunderstood we had to send 'written' cancellation. After saw charge in August, called and sent cancellation. After charge in September (!!), called again. They said they would cancel if sent email confirmation and would not charge again. Just saw October statement and they charged AGAIN! Now we are disputing with CC company and that is yet another hassle. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company.

How do we give a negative star rating. They are the worst, worse than that. Work not as promised. Ought to have my head examined for leaving my 2 businesses with them for a year or more.

These people call your business and cell phones everyday trying to sell you a service you can do yourself. You tell them to stop calling and they act like they will destroy your business if you do not use them. They get threatening on the phone. Disgusting company. Heavy handed sales tactics.

I kept trying to get details as to what steps it is they do, to be sure they weren't doing any black-label tricks that actual hurt your website in the long run. Got a lot of run-around and never straight answers. These reviews sound like a broken record.
