I hired Baytech Digital in 2024 to help grow my construction business through SEO and digital marketing. I paid over $12,000, not including additional Google Ads spend. I was hopeful based on their initial presentation and believed I was making a smart investment.

Unfortunately, after nearly a year of working together, I saw little to no return. My website’s Domain Authority remained low, and I didn’t receive any qualified leads. A third-party SEO audit revealed thousands of low-quality backlinks and signs of Black Hat SEO practices, which I’ve since learned can actually harm a website’s reputation more than help it. These tactics focus on quantity over quality — often creating spammy links rather than attracting real customers.

When I raised these concerns, I was told everything was normal and to be patient. After months of trying to resolve the situation respectfully, I ultimately decided to cancel services. I asked for some form of accountability or refund, but was met with legal disclaimers and a demand for further payment instead.

I feel it’s important to set the record straight for anyone considering your services.

Your claim that I “benefited from 139 business opportunities” is simply not true. If that were the case, I would not have had to reach out multiple times asking why I was getting no qualified leads. The numbers you're referencing seem designed to divert attention away from the actual problem — the quality of the work provided.

After nearly a year of trust and over $12,000 invested, I sought outside audits from three independent digital marketing professionals. All of them raised serious concerns about the strategy used — especially the 17,000+ toxic backlinks from irrelevant, low-authority websites, which are not aligned with ethical, white-hat SEO.

Rather than address these concerns honestly, your response here seems more focused on blaming me and defending your reputation. That’s disappointing. If there had been a sincere acknowledgment of what went wrong, I would have been open to finding a solution. But deflecting blame and misrepresenting the facts only reinforces my decision to warn others.

I hope this helps future business owners ask the right questions before committing to long-term contracts.
