Just did a delivery here for Amazon flex tall white guy pulled out a big knife out on me i dont care if he was going to open a box do not pull a knife out on someone and walk up to them as they are trying to deliver your packages definitely will be reporting this to my manager as well

Kim is always very pleasant & helpful. She is good to keep us in the loop with what is going on and when we can expect the issue to be resolved. When I call in an issue Kim has maintenance out to the property immediately to assess the problem and has it fixed with in a reasonable time frame.
