James and Tyler are the most knowledgeable AV people I've worked with. We have partnered with the team for the past 3-4 years and they have been INCREDIBLE.

Regardless of stress levels, they are always calm and flexible and accommodating. My team is very particular about how they'd like the event set up and yet James and Tyler understands and will adjust accordingly, even if it's last minute!

James Raymond and his team were excellent, and many of our conference attendees commented on the professionalism of the AV part of the conference. The Napa Valley Media team is such a gem - professional, pleasant, and truly enthusiastic about their work and their clients. James and his team are always so prepared and attentive to detail. They make the planning process and onsite experience a breeze. I recently finished a massive, week long event with the NVM team. Throughout our time onsite, the entire crew was always ready to go with great attitudes, even when pulling 12-14 hour days. My team didn't have to worry about any elements - James and his crew made sure everything was ready to go well before it was needed, and even fixed a few problems before I was even aware of them. I truly cannot recommend NVM enough - I will absolutely be working with them again.
