No professional people on the phone. Few months ago I declined a job offer because on that moment I found a better temp job with higher pay. Now, again I’m looking for a job and I saw a job thru Indeed. And when I called and asked for the position a guy with very rude attitude told me I was not elegible to go with the company because I didn’t show up to work. And I told him, I notified your agency about not accepting that assignment why the company said I didn’t show up. And they guy told me they had proof via email and that is correct they told me about the job but via text I responded I was not able to accept the job at that time. Now this guy told me the Company can’t interview me because I didn’t show up to work. And after that he just hang up. I don’t think that guy is professional and is not the first time that I call and they have an attitude. They need to hire people who loves helping other and understand people calling them we have the need to find a job. I don’t who owns this branch but worse experience.

The staff at the Corona office are really rude!! They always answer with such a rude tone, I took my mom to apply and the girl that helped us gave us a bad attitude I felt like we were bothering her when in reality she’s their to help with questions or concerns! The owner needs to get rid of these people and find people who actually enjoy helping and have a better attitude! Trust me I have friends who applied here and said the same thing! Not one person here is nice & they always have such a nasty attitude!

I dont know what profession they have at this branch i use to work for them a while back for the one in bell so i reapply the end of September 2023 i keep calling for availability to work so today i call and the girl told me that my application is expire when i reapply with the guy that was there so i guess he didint did his job and re out it in the system so she told me i gave u a xall back and she didint call back so i call back so all of asuden she said o is cuz u use to work for another branch so we getting ur application transferred what they do if not even putting ur application in the system what they get pay for if their not doing nothing it was a waste of time to went ro re apply so they could tell me what they told me people are ready to work not to be wasting time like they do they probably do this to many people is not that hard once get the application to updated in the system but obviously some people are to lazy to do stuff or do their work why hire lazy people that won't even do their job out of many agencies i been i think this branch is the worse waste of time waste of gas probably after this review i probably wont even get a job with them is ok cuz that be discrimination even though i stay like 10 minutes away from them it was waste of time to try and reapply at this corona branch fairway corona do actually ur job and dont waste people time neither their gas thats why u guys get pay to do ur job right not to waste time unless is the way this branch works give 1 star wish i wouldn't give non

I called today to see if there was any job openings cuz I did an application In person and I saw them taking my information and when I called some lady answers and tells me im not in the system I gave her my information and then I try to say how is that possible....do they not take job applications serious or what I mean the way the lady spoke was very unprofessional and said I'm hanging up but didn't bother to help me out or find the situation at all

they "lost" my check.
they said they've mailed it but I received nothing at my address at the time.
Then when I mentioned to speak to HR, they started trying to figure out what happened to my check.
I'd stay away, they're sus.
.
Why do you need to ask what office?
The address is there. On 6th street by Walmart.
I talk to 2 different girl receptionists and the manager there. I don't remember their names, but I STILL ADVISE PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
