I have contacted them regarding my kids class spring picture from 2023!!! Rude lady said they're were waiting approval from school. Called school they hadn't heard from them! Almost a year later and nothing. Glad school wont be using them again. Poor customer service.

I don't understand why Coalinga still uses them. We are going into a new year and they still have not done our kids football pictures. Its been the same issue every year. Last year was the same thing and don't get me started with the school pictures. Horrible services.

My son is in a sports team for the LHS. He forgot to give me the order form for his team pictures and forgot to tell me that they had taken the pictures a while back. I went into the studio and Mrs. Garcia was very kind and patient. She made the process of identifying my son and ordering the pictures very easy. I am very pleased with their work ethics.

Over the years there have been softball, baseball, football, swimming, basketball, tennis, cheerleading and school pictures they have taken of my kids and grandkids. I have also purchased pictutes of my kids they have taken at their sporting events. To this day I have never received a photo I did not like. They do amazing work. They are very friendly, helpful and they have always given me top quality pictures at great prices.

I loved him. It took me awhile to pay of my pictures but he never tossed my pictures to the side. He is really helpful to people need to have payment arrangements. His wife is a sweetheart and I just really loved them. They did wonderful job.

I have had these people take pictures 3 times and they have been terrible each time. Service stinks as well! I would not recommend them to anyone! Not sure how anyone had positive experience. I am extremely unhappy that I’ve spent any money on their pictures. I hate they have a monopoly on Coalinga high school and the sports pictures here. Not sure how this is their only job and they all have been the worst!!!

Our local high school uses this company for school pictures. They do this weird thing where they edit out the kid's fly away hair creating a strange amateur photo shop effect in your child's photo. I'm not the only parent to notice and be unimpressed.
