They are the absolute RUDEST people I have ever been in contact with. The crew was yelling and screaming at people and being VERY hostile towards myself and another lady. Called to report this to management and he too was very disrespectful and dismissive. He hung up on me. I guess I see now where the crew learned this hot-headed trait from.
