Star was amazing!! She helped all my girls get new bras. She made them feel comfortable and brought in so many bras that they ended loving!! She is truly amazing, we will be going back and finding her on our next visit!

Been in multiple times and never get help until today. Lisa is the bra Jesus. She measured, she fit, she hyped..she was amazing. Also was running her butt of taking care of everyone else. I can go on my date now with the girls where they’re supposed to be. Thank you Lisa! Hire more Lisa’s please

BEWARE for Holiday Shopping!! I paid CASH I had my receipt and they wouldn't give me a full cash refund. They had to split it on half cash and half gift card. They said it's because their till didn't have enough money. They said it's been happening a lot so be careful of you're expecting a full refund you won't get one!

What happened to VS? Not one single time have I ever been helped when going into this location. I have been there 5 times and not a single associate even said a word to me. The sales girls or whoever is on the floor was too busy gossiping about other employees and partying the night before. They don’t even dress nice, they were frumpy and grungy looked like they just rolled out of bed. Customer service is non existent, this store needs a whole new overhaul with staff. Do better.

I come about once or twice a year and the floor manager remembers me every time, which is astonishing, but apparently I left a lasting impression because I was helping a friend get a bra and she thought I worked there but was confused because she'd never seen me before. So now she remembers me, my size, and my situation so she knows exactly what to recommend anytime I go in! They're also genuinely so helpful at this location. Absolutely love coming here when I do!

I came this time for the semi annual sale and online a bra was advertised on clearance for $24.99 but in the store was on clearance for $40.99. They asked me to pull up the online price, matched it without me asking, and got it sent to my house.

As someone who knows how to properly fit bras too, this location absolutely knows what they're talking about and that makes me so happy.
