Holly Mahaffey was our agent and she was great! She guided us every step of the way from the listing all the way to the sale of our home. She gave us great advice and helped us evaluate offers. Under contract in less than 48 hours and for OVER ASKING PRICE!! Is there any better review then that? After several months of unsuccessfully listing our Pine Lake, GA property with a different firm, changing to Mark Spain was the right move for us!
