Jay was extremely easy to work with, attentive, and has great turn-around times. Anything we didn’t understand he took the time out to explain it, demonstrate and in the end, all of our promotional materials (business cards, banners, flyers, stickers) came out amazing. You can tell he clearly cares about how a customer feels before they leave and (importantly) the quality of the work when it’s finished. We also received transfer stickers for our cosmetic jars and it came out AH-mazing. The texture, the raised letters and the black finish all looked really sophisticated. His staff was really friendly and communicative as well. All in all, great experience and have already recommended IDR to several of my friends

I brought an old 5ft military photo taken at Port of Whittier, Alaska (1949) which is of my grandfather’s entire Army troop. It’s fragile and had many creases in it. I brought it to Jay at Island Digital Reprographics and he was confident he was the one for the job. He was right! It came out amazing!!! Since the photo is so long, it’s hard to appreciate the photo in a picture, but in person it’s truly amazing! Everyone I met here was incredibly nice & helpful. Thank you Jay & crew. Whomever is reading this review, I recommend them 100%!! In the one pic attached with 2 long photos, the top one is the copy. Then I included 4 more pics of only where my grandfather is & it’s so clear now!!

My experience with IDR was great— the banners and business cards I ordered were perfect. The images were crisp and clear, the service and staff were exceptional and Jay is a very cool guy. He made sure my daughter and I understood what we were getting, the pros and cons of each inquiry we had, best pricing, and delivered wonderful results. Him and his staff clearly know what they are doing and they care about how a client is treated. He was able to meet our turnaround time as well which was such a bonus because we (thankfully and very fortunately) were finally able to find a good printing company that could meet our needs in time for our events. I met Jay, the president of the company. He was so nice and very accommodating. I asked for a special request. My mom was turning 90. Years back, we wrote a childrens book together back when I was in college. I wanted to surprise her with a real printed version. He informed me he doesn't really print up "books." Well, when I went to pick it up, I cried. It was beautifully done! I couldn't have asked for more. My mom absolutely loved it! Thank you, Jay...who knows, I might be back with another book.

I needed to get a really big piece printed for an art show I had and I am truly so glad I went to Island Digital Reprographics. It was 13 feet by 11 feet so I was worried it would not be possible but they made it happen better than I could have imagined.

They helped me work through all options and how this would be possible and answered every question I had every step of the way. It got printed very fast which I was shocked due to the fact that it was such a large piece. Also the quality of the images on the piece were top notch.

To sum it all up, it was great working with them. They were all so nice, extremely fast and exceeded my expectations with how everything turned out. Highly recommend going to them for any needs.

Couldn’t be happier with the foam board print! The color fidelity is spot-on, and every detail in the artwork came through perfectly. The board itself is sturdy, smooth, and gallery-ready. Great experience, would absolutely come back for more prints!
