I would give METC a million stars if I could. METC has been so great to us in such a small community, we are beyond thankful for the 10/10 services they provide. I use phone, internet and fax at my place of employment and have never had any issues. METC's office staff is very professional and knowledgeable to providing quick answers and support. When setting up a new service, their technicians were very polite and speedy.

Customer for years, you would think a small business would be more understanding of situations. Customer for years but the first payment missed, turned off with no option except immediate payment. Might as well deal with Cox, if you can't get small town help with the smaller companies anymore.
