Landon and Steve helped me get my hand sprayer pumps working again! So helpful and kind. Relieved my stress! I was going crazy trying to figure it out!
Also Tanya was super helpful with a Dawn detergent cleaning tip for toilets, garbage disposals etc… love this store.

We had a leak in our Rental RV‘s sink. The people at Standard Plumbing Supply were incredible: they came out to look at the problem and rebuilt the damaged part, so we could continue our travel with an all repaired sink. Thank you again for this tremendous help!

Bought a vent and wasn't given a receipt, manager specifically told me she'd return it no problem. Tried returning it and my card wasn't verified before signing...well money went to some stranger. How hard is it to take out $30 from the register? They said they wanted to make it right but first thing the manger told me was that I needed a receipt. Then they tell me they don't know how to help! I can't use the product! So they have my unopened product and a stranger has my money. Win win for the store and a stranger. Glad to be of service y'all. However I guess losing a loyal customer isn't bad for business but returning that meant a lot for me and my family.

As soon as I walk in they treat me like royalty. Very eager to help. Suggestions, but not pushing parts on me. There not just a hardware store. They have lots of variety. I get my cat supplies there, and a school notebook. I always head there first.
