I emailed their president, Jesse London, about getting a spot on one of their digital billboards in Chicago and he just ignored me. You would think the president of the company would be on top of things like this especially when people reach out to him directly but I guess not. Utter disgrace. EDIT: Jesse is now claiming that I ignored his emails when it was he who ignored me.

Horrible customer service, called the number on a billboard, guy on the other end had the number routed to his cell phone.

Told him about my budget and what I was interested in, was then told to give him my email address and he’d shoot me a proposal within 24 hours.. that was 4 months ago.

Next time I called the guy again, he acted like he wasn’t interested at all.

I guess unless you’re a corporation with deep pockets, don’t both advertising with tier one.
