These folks do accurate and lovely printing. They have been very helpful for all our concert needs. Maybe a little pricey but so handy and convenient.

Consumers Beware!!!
My love for Wimberley drives me to support local business…until now. I was looking for a place to print a PicCollage file for my daughter and instead of driving to Walgreens in Dripping Springs I decided to give A to Z printing a try. Upon arriving, the woman behind the desk seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. I didn’t think much of it since everyone has a bad day. Understood. Move on.

After emailing the file, we discussed resizing the photo to fit the desired 8x10 format my daughter requested. AFTER it was printed and brought to me, I mentioned how blurry the photo was. The woman said, well yeah. It’s only xyz-pixels, it’s going to be blurry. We then discussed sizing it down… I then mentioned the file might be compressed down from the original and maybe it would be best for my daughter to come back in to print it. She agreed.

As I was leaving, the woman said I had to pay for the blurry print. I asked if this was a photo she would pay money for. She said I’m just doing my job. I then told her I won’t be coming back.

If I was told BEFORE the print was made that the pixel size would impede clarity I would have never had her print it. I understand everyone has a bad day but demanding I pay for an unusable print that was made in error is customer service at its worst.

I hope the $5 was worth it. Try not to spend it all at once….
