I can honestly say this is a good company to work for. You gotta believe in yourself..The boss man is a great boss he teaches you a lot ,but you gotta have patience and trust the process and don't give up ..my favorite part is the mornings where they hype u up ,you know the saying the early bird catches the worm..so in others words if you wanna work here ,you better be ready to put in the work to succeed because it's worth it and it's a great environment to work around Kuz everyone there and I mean everyone has a awesome personality and very goal oriented and they don't mind helping you reach your goals ..so I recommend this company to anyone ..thx aces global for being great.

Worst company I’ve worked for in my life. If I could give negative stars I’d give it a -10. Terrible pay if they even pay you, you’ll work for free in the office for 4-7 hours a day even tho your on a w-2 but make commission. Owner only cares about himself. I was there for 5 months and the pay got dropped several times and none of the employees signed paperwork agreeing to pay changes. Job description does not match what your actual job is, giving away free phones on the streets or in a booth is what you end up doing and that’s what the job is. They make it sound great with promises of your own office and advancement when the owner never promoted anyone out or has ever given anyone a office. Terrible office structure and you will get blamed and charged for missing phones and products you didn’t even have to begin with. In manager meetings they are getting blamed and yelled at for things the owner should have taken care of/ looked after. You end up running the company for little to nothing.

I went to a vendor in Visalia. I needed a Phone to use for work instead of personal to save my minutes and data. I was skeptical cause I have been raised that nothing in this world is free without some sort of cost.

This young kid named Jon Phajit gave me the assurance and was able to get me to try this service. Greatest choice I could've made. The kid knows his stuff and works diligently to to give the customer 100% each time.

I would greatly recommend this service to anyone struggling money wise and in need. Workers like this Kid make getting this service worth while. He also reassured me that if there was any issues to give him a call and he would rectify the issue great overall service.

This company engages in deceptive practices when they post job positions. I applied for a "Marketing" role and had a Zoom group interview, which is a way for them to sort through candidates faster. I then had an in-person interview with the manager and he was half an hour late. He rambled on about general business topics most of the interview like I didn't know anything, mind you I have a Bachelor's in Agricultural Business. He then asked me if I can do an "observance" and I agreed not realizing he was taking me to a sketchy discount store. I realized that this was not a marketing position, but a glorified kiosk job selling government-funded phone service that pays the bare minimum. I was very disappointed and felt like my time was completely wasted.

I love working at Aces Global. I have been learning so much when it comes to team building, leadership, social orientation and communication skills since I got the job. A month and a half after joining the team, I got promoted to Account Manager which is the position I am currently in. Now, I am pushing for the next step which is higher management. My husband and I signed up for a free phone service and received the phone on the same day. After a month, the phone is still working good! One of their employers named Brandy Vang helped us out and was very professional and patient with getting all our information together. Thank You again!

Fast pace work environment. You will learn alot in a short time. In 2 month I was able to get to account manager. As long as you have the drive, you will succeed. The knowledge you gain is amazing.
