Excellent price and service from Foard and his team!! We called him on a Tuesday, and he sent the quote the next day, which was the best price in the Upstate. He promptly started our job the same Friday and completed it on Saturday. Foard is very knowledgeable and professional. We Highly recommend him and would definitely use his services again!!

I have nothing but great things to say. Foard was very nice and professional. I called him in the AM and he was at my house within a few hours. His price was better than anyone else I contacted. I would highly recommend him. Plus he has to get extra bonus points because of the extreme temperatures that he had to work in on 8-14-19.

Had some missing boundary markers on our property.
I first called two other companies who never called me back. A friend told me about Foad.
I agreed with Foad's quote. He came when he said he would. Did exactly what he said he would do.

BUYER BEWARE
He came out to survey our land and we told him where we wanted to separate it. He did it all wrong. So we called him back out to finish the job and even walked the land with him. 2nd time showing him where to divide the lots and again nothing like we showed him. He said he would come back but its been almost a year since then. He did pop in while with a friend of his and said that he was in the area. It was around noon or earlier. I told him my husband was at work. He wanted me to call my husband and get off work right then but my husband couldn't do that. We told him it would take 2 hours for my husband to make it home. The man said he couldn't wait around and left. Hadn't heard from him since. Cashed the check tho. Crook. Cocky and arrogant attitude.
