Downgrading my prior review of two stars to one star for the following reason. So as fate would have it the very day of my not so flattering review of this business, my wife and I were leaving our home for an outing when we both heard a clunk from within the engine compartment of the vehicle we had serviced by this establishment. When I went to check to see where the sound came from, I noticed a pool of steadily growing fluid from beneath our automobile. I thought to myself, this just can't be happening, but soon realized it was happening and proceeded to instruct my wife to turn off the automobile. Upon closer inspection I noticed that the oil filter had blown clean off the engine and was now lying at the bottom of the engine compartment. No, really. Needless to say, the growing pool of fluid turned out to be the oil that I'm pretty sure is supposed to remain in the engine.

So not only did this business not tighten the coolant hoses they installed, noted in my earlier review, but it turns out they also installed the wrong oil filter. If that's the kind of service you're looking for, then by all means have at it. As for me, I'll be calling them in the morning to demand a refund for the oil and oil filter purchased to correct their incompetence.

The silver lining in all this is that the oil seepage from our engine block, which I thought may have been due to a blown head gasket from the excessive revving of our engine, also noted in my earlier post, may turn out to have been oil splatter from the installation of an incorrect oil filter.

Really guys, you couldn't even get the oil change right, wow!

I had the best customer service experience yesterday from management all the way down to the mechanic. I also had the opportunity to meet and speak with the owner who happened to be there. He was also incredibly warm and gracious with his conversation. My car was in an out and my brakes are amazing. They accommodated me last minute and had me up on the rack and out of there in less than 45 minutes which is shocking because most places take over an hour. I was really grateful for the hard work and the quality that I received. I think what really stood out was the personalities and the service I highly recommend this place and I will be coming back.

Great experience overall. Had a muffler replaced. Free estimate, and management went above and beyond to provide me with exact costs, and scheduling the appointment for the repair to minimize my time spent at the shop. Staff is very friendly, and the work was done by experienced mechanics. Definitely recommend this shop and will continue to have my car serviced here in the future. Thank you Levi and Tony!

It took a while for the work to be done but I don't want a rush job done on my car no way and then have to bring it back. The mechanics are very helpful and friendly and they know their stuff. If you afraid of spending a lot of money, don't come here but if you want repairs where you get what you pay for, this is the shop to come to and if you let the manager know what kinda money you have to spend, they'll work with you on the price. I recommend them to anybody wanting their car fixed.

I used to love it here when I had a previous car, so I trusted them to install some rims to my new car and it was downhill from there. My car was not balanced properly after the installation and one of my sensors broke due to the installation, but they tried to blame it on me. They charged me for a new sensor that ended up being the wrong part for my car. So I was done, went to my own dealership to get everything done properly, and haven’t had any issues since then. It really sucks because I used to love coming here, but that’s when it was under another name or company. Guess that was a red flag.

I've been a customer of this Meineke Car Care Center for several years now. I keep coming back because, first of all, I trust these guys. I trust Qazi, the management and the sales team to always tell me exactly what my car needs and offer a fair price for the work. I've been to other shops that I know have tried to peddle repairs and services that I don't need. They don't do that here. At least, not in my experience.
The mechanics are well trained and competent. Throughout the years, if I've ever had a problem, these guys will make it right.

The mechanic's were GREAT and the service was very well done.
My reason for giving only 3 Stars is the fact that the window motor from your part supplier cost more than twice as much as what I see for same motor online.
$500.00 for a simple front passenger window motor, not counting Labor, is an outrageous amount to pay when I see the exact same motor online for less than half as much.
Since I trust your company and do not think you overcharged me you might want to find a better and less expensive parts house..... Because they definitely OVERCHARGED You !!!
