Amazing! I highly recommend Laura from Andrew Robinson State Farm insurance! Although the whole staff are very professional in their endeavors, Laura made me feel comfortable and welcomed me in like family. I recently moved to Iowa from another state, where I had been with the same State Farm agent for almost 20 years. I have always preferred working directly with an agent, and was nervous when it came to switching. Laura is amazing, and helped the transition go smoothly. She has amazing communication skills, and is right there if you have to call or email with a question. She really knows her craft, and is very attentive to your needs. She helped me to not only keep my discounts, but helped me understand the need for a renters policy ( which I got for a remarkable price). I highly recommend to anyone in the New Hampton and surrounding areas, This is where you need to go for all of your insurance needs.

I enjoyed meeting the staff at my first visit to this office. My previous State Farm agent just retired so I switched to this office. Laura was very helpful and reviewed my policies with me. We made a slight adjustment to my auto policy that gives me a lot more coverage for only $1.50 more a month on my premium. I would not have known about this if she had not pointed it out to me. Andrew and the office ladies are amazing! They are willing to help you out with any kind of insurance you need and if you ask them a question... they are on it right away!
