Friendly and professional. I've used Apple Valley Signs for years. Kim is very conscientious, and takes care to make sure the signs are just the way you want them. I just ordered a number of custom signs, and they are great. For a small extra fee, they will even deliver. 🙂

I am an hvac contractor, I happened to stop in through a personal referral. Upon first glance, I was a little apprehensive until I met with Kim and spoke to her. I also noticed how busy they were... If you are busy, you're doing something right. I know this because we are busy. I digress...

They did up my van and it came out great! The work and attention to detail is impeccable!
So, I'm getting my pickup lettered next week.
Thank you!

An absolutely horrific nightmare of an experience with this company. Entirely unprofessional in every manner. As a client, to be so awfully mistreated by the OWNER (Kim Scotto) is unfathomable. I hired them to do window signs for me and from the MOMENT Kim greeted me, she was rude and arrogant. I am a graphic designer so I have a great eye and Kim didn’t like that. She also didn’t like that she has a bad memory and couldn’t remember the specifications I gave her before printing. She brought the wrong sizes and was angry that I POLITELY asked her they were wrong and needed reprinting. She even got the color wrong on the largest print (logo). She seems to be angry that she’s been in business so long and still has to do the labor instead of hiring younger people that can handle it. I think it also frustrates her that she refuses to update their technology, therefore making her job more tedious because she has no idea how to make basic graphic design adjustments. It’s insane to me that she won’t simply LEARN how to do them. Oh, and let’s not forget she is horrific at communicating anything. She ignores emails and pretends her clients don’t exist. The saddest part in this entire experience is despite the HUNDREDS of dollars I paid for her work, and the crazy amount of times I assisted her with HER job (like proper placement and held pieces against the window so they wouldn’t fall), I didn’t receive a single thank you. Instead, I got a nasty “I want to kill myself” face. Sad to see businesses like this still running. At the end of this nightmare experience, when I again POLITELY asked her for a reprint of poor and incorrectly executed work, she threw my scissors on the floor and yelled that after this, she would “NEVER WORK WITH ME” again. I think that’s the only thing we can agree on. I would NEVER hire that horrendous woman ever again to work for me.
